Structural Design
First, let us look at the structure. A sturdy vibration platform holds the main vibration box body firmly in place.
In addition, the engineering design places two main shafts and two transmission shafts inside this box body. Next, one end of each main shaft extends completely through the housing. At the same time, a heavy-duty pulley sits directly on this extended end of the main shaft.
Furthermore, synchronous gears equip both the main shafts and the transmission shafts. Because of this precise placement, these synchronous gears mesh perfectly with each other. Following this, unique flanges connect directly to the rear ends of the two main shafts. Finally, heavy eccentric blocks secure themselves to the end faces of both the synchronous gears and the flanges.
Operation and Advantages
When the system starts operating, the power source activates. Specifically, an electric motor or a hydraulic motor drives the pulley. Subsequently, the pulley rotates the two main shafts of the vibration box. Consequently, these two shafts spin synchronously in opposite directions. Through this action, the opposing rotation creates the vertical directional vibration of the platform and the concrete pouring box.
As a result of this configuration, the block machine vibration box delivers excellent performance. For instance, the design achieves a much larger eccentricity. Meanwhile, the mechanism experiences much smaller starting resistance torque. Therefore, the system initiates the vibration process much faster. Ultimately, this optimization shortens the start and stop times while producing a much larger exciting force.
