The block machine vibration box includes a vibration box body fixed on a vibration platform, two main shafts and two transmission shafts are arranged in the box body, one end of the two main shafts passes through the box body, a pulley is arranged at the end of the main shaft, synchronous gears are arranged on the main shaft and the transmission shaft respectively, and the synchronous gears are meshed with each other, flanges are arranged at the rear ends of the two main shafts respectively, and eccentric blocks are fixed on the end faces of the synchronous gears and flanges on the main shafts respectively.
When the vibration box is working, the motor or hydraulic motor drives the two main shafts of the vibration box to rotate synchronously in the opposite direction through the pulley, so as to realize the vertical directional vibration of the vibration platform and the pouring box of the block machine.
The vibration box of the block machine has the advantages of large eccentricity, small starting resistance torque, fast vibration start, short vibration start and stop time, and large exciting force.
